Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 2026

These terms apply to houseofzivira.com and to every order placed through it. By ordering, you agree to them.

About us

House of Zivira makes gemstone showpieces by hand in New Delhi, India. You can reach us at info@houseofzivira.com.

Our pieces

Each piece is made by hand from natural gemstones. Because stones are natural, colour, marking and inclusion vary from piece to piece. Photographs show a representative example, and small variation is a feature of handmade work rather than a fault.

Some gemstones are treated by methods long accepted in the trade, such as heating. Where you would like the detail for a particular piece, ask us before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Please see our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchange, and Cancellation & Refund pages, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, text and marks on this site belong to House of Zivira and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Our pieces are decorative objects. They are not toys and are not suitable for young children.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
