Shipping & Delivery

Every piece ships fully insured, with signature required on delivery.

Dispatch

Ready pieces are dispatched within three to five working days. Personalised pieces and bespoke commissions are made to order and dispatched once complete; you will be told the expected date when you order.

Delivery

Delivery across India usually takes a further two to five working days depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer.

Shipping within India is complimentary.

International

We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email once your piece leaves us. If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will attempt redelivery before returning the parcel to us.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the parcel before opening it fully, and write to us within forty-eight hours of delivery. Insured shipping means a damaged piece is replaced or refunded in full.
