Returns & Exchange

Ready pieces may be returned or exchanged within seven days of delivery.

The condition we need

The piece must be returned in the same intact condition in which it arrived, in its original frame and packaging, unused and undamaged.

A piece that has been opened, dismantled, distorted, or whose stones have been disturbed cannot be returned or exchanged. Each piece is set by hand, and once its arrangement is disturbed it cannot be restored.

How to begin

Write to us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the piece as it arrived. We will arrange insured collection.

Refunds

Once the piece reaches us and is confirmed intact, your refund is issued to the original payment method within seven to ten working days.

Return shipping is free where the piece is faulty or was sent in error. For a change of mind, return shipping is deducted from the refund.

What cannot be returned

Personalised pieces carrying your letters, names or dates, and bespoke commissions, are made individually to your instruction and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in respect of a defective piece.
